Six Sigma Concepts makes inspection and sorting equipment for a variety of industries, with a focus on turned and molded parts. We specialize in non-contact gauging via backlit vision, but we utilize a variety of inspection methods. We have made automated systems featuring temperature probes, flow meters, x-rays, smart cameras, and physical gauges. Our systems are used by automotive, aeronautical, and medical manufactures. Within the medical industry, our systems have been used to inspect and sort flow control components, fasteners, seals, tubing, needles, and bottles as well as being used for medical device calibration.
