Frazer began his working life in recruitment, then publishing, then events and has over 30 years of experience running events in diverse markets. Since 2003, he has operated within the printing industry by joining FESPA and led an ailing exhibition business in decline and turned it around into the market-leading business success it is today.

In 2011, Frazer and Marcus Timson (Co-Director of FuturePrint) formed FM Brooks, a joint venture with Mack Brooks Exhibitions, to launch new shows for new print markets. The InPrint Show is now the leading globally recognised event for industrial print technology. In 2019, he sold the business to RELX.
